The first plane must be purchased by the prospective Dealer at retail cost. Dealer’s own plane must have full accessory package as offered by factory (digital instruments, intercom, line socks, strobe light). All subsequent planes will be offered to Dealer at discounted rate.

 Dealer must have a Golden Eagle Mk. IV or Hercules on hand at all times in excellent condition for demonstrations, training and introductory flights. If Dealer’s plane is sold, he must replace it with most recent model, to maintain dealer status.

  Dealer must be willing to do reasonable amount of promotion of product, in terms of advertising, local airshows, etc.

  Dealer must maintain sales quota minimum of three planes per year to maintain dealer status.

  Dealer must have access to an airport or field from which to fly, of suitable dimensions for training purposes.

 Dealer must maintain inventory on a high mortality (spare) parts kit (on separate list) so that customers may have rapid purchase of most quickly replaceable parts.

  Dealer must maintain a supply of advertising materials (brochures, video tapes, if available, etc.)

  As two-seat aircraft are not covered under the standard FAA Part 103 for ultralight operation, a BFI (Basic Flight Instructor) waiver is necessary for all operation, and will be required by Paladin Industries before dealer status is granted. A BFI or AFI will need to give Dealer a check flight in the Golden Eagle IV even if Dealer’s waiver is with powered parachutes albeit another brand.

  Dealer will be responsible for after-sale customer support (e.g., answering assembly questions, supplying technical information to customer, GEIV/Hercules pre-first flight checkout, flight training for customer, general liaison with company, etc.)
